As CEO of TEPL, she envisages giving impetus to the very objective of the organization, which is to create a conducive environment both for learners, by assisting them to elevate their employability skills and employers, by providing them with skilled resources.

Under her leadership, TEPL introduced TallyDigiLearn – a platform for an array of industry- preferred specialized online courses, which allows learners to upskill and reskill themselves from anywhere, anytime to advance in their careers. This comes as an addition to the assisted-learning Courses and Certifications that are delivered through a network of experts across the nation.

Before taking the reign of TEPL, she spearheaded Tally customer support, known as TallyCare, and raised it to enviable heights. Today, TallyCare holds the emblem of the world’s best customer care. She has been instrumental in expanding TallyCare at the national level and internationally to help customers transit smoothly through VAT and GST phases. Mamatha Gopinath

Head of TallyCare

amatha Gopinath, the Head of TallyCare at Tally Solutions, is credited with scaling up TallyCare services and notably transforming customer experience. She believes in cohesive effort and drives her team to be customer centric and conscientiously deliver ‘Experience Par Excellence’.

She has been an integral part of Tally for over two decades, contributing to different functions and majorly towards the growth of TallyCare. While Tally’s customer base has grown exponentially, TallyCare services have matched with the pace of growth. In 2017, consequent to spike is support requirement with GST launch, she was instrumental in setting up and operationalizing over 900 desks to ensure seamless operations across India. She currently handles 500+ TallyCare members and has also ensured operationalising International TallyCare services across UAE, Kenya, Bahrain, Saudi, Bangladesh, USA, and Indonesia.

Mamatha holds a master’s in commerce from Bangalore University and Executive General Management from IIM-B.

A founder and ardent promoter of successful businesses in the past, his entrepreneurial mindset has played a key role in understanding the needs of SMEs across diverse geographies like India, Nepal, UAE, Bahrain, HK, Singapore, Kazakhstan and Kenya.

In his current role, Mukesh is heading the management office and is responsible for several key initiatives including the implementation of org-wide strategic and execution planning, expansion to the US and Canadian market and third-party alliances. He has also led several strategic projects including designing the sales eco-system in India to establish role-based model with predictable growth and delightful customer experience as the key objectives.

Mukesh is a certified NFNLP coach and his work, branded as ‘Work for Freedom’, is patented in India in his name, which is also his message to entrepreneurs.

Nabendu is a BE (Mechanical) graduate from Jadavpur University and also holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from IIT Kanpur. He holds a patent in Systems and Methods for Money Transfer Between Inter Entity Accounts on a Liquidity Management Structure.
