Mr. Chetan Yadav is the Chief People Officer at Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd. He brings with him 18 years of experience with new-age, fast-paced start-up mindset and meritocratic work environment, leveraging technology and relying on data to make decisions and focus on employee development.
Chetan spearheads HR operations and along with his team ensures that Tally continues to be loved by its employees, further strengthens our capability to groom and grow talent. He aspires to bring in a high-performance culture while maintaining focus on culture, quality, doing the right thing. As an organization, Tally is highly customer, employee and partner centric and he aims to contribute further towards making a positive impact on these dimensions. The company is at the cusp of big things both in terms of the team structure as well as technology and his role entail to align the HR function in a way to make this journey successful and have all rally towards the future roadmap.
An IIM Lucknow alumnus, Chetan has played a pivotal role in building HR systems and practices for various organizations in India.
